Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead CRM strategy and architecture across Lead-to-Cash lifecycles.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to drive enterprise-grade CRM initiatives and platform governance. You will champion intelligent automation with Salesforce Einstein 1 and Data Cloud, shaping data architectures and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or digital transformation
• 10+ years in Salesforce platform leadership
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, AI platforms (Einstein 1, Agentforce)
• Experience supporting complex Lead-to-Cash processes at scale
• Proven track record managing large global teams and delivering enterprise-grade transformation programs
• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with M&A system integration is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Define and govern CRM programs and architecture across Lead-to-Cash lifecycles
• Oversee Salesforce platform integration with Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, CLM, and ERP systems
• Lead design of data architecture and AI use cases with Agentic and Generative AI
• Build and scale a global team focused on Salesforce agile development, DevOps, and product alignment
• Establish governance and executive reporting for platform initiatives and business impact
