Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in McKinney, TX seeks a Sr. Engineering Manager, CRM to lead Salesforce delivery and operations. You will manage a team of administrators, developers, and analysts, drive AI-enabled sales capabilities, and ensure reliable, on-time releases aligned with product priorities and architectural standards.

You will foster team growth, partner across functions, and push continuous improvement in delivery practices and tooling to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce delivery and operations for a business-critical platform.
• Strong delivery management skills with Scrum or Shape Up.
• Track record building, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce release and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with a data lake/warehouse that works with Salesforce for BI.
• Familiar with CI/CD and ITSM tooling (Gearset, DevOps Center, Jira/ServiceNow).
• Experience with capacity planning, resourcing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Manage AI-driven sales-enablement roadmap and capabilities.
• Own day-to-day delivery planning, execution, and on-time releases.
• Run operations including incident, change, and release management with SLAs.
• Partner with Product Owner and Architect on roadmaps and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and tooling.
