Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
- 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
- Broad backend/frontend stack experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and databases.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision and execute across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.
- Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture and scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Lead development of modern software and integration pipelines beyond CRM.
- Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
