Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to lead a distributed team building Salesforce and eCommerce experiences for sales and channel growth.

You will own intricate roadmap decisions, guide cross-functional IT peers, and drive Agile delivery while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate deployment and reduce cycle times. The role requires deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, and Sales Cloud knowledge, as well as hands-on technical leadership in Apex and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development or equivalent experience on a cross-functional development team around Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of application development using configuration and code - specifically Apex, LWC, Visualforce and other Salesforce technologies
• 2+ years of managing Salesforce developers and contractors using agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Security mindset and understanding of SOQL, Apex vulnerabilities
• Experience in a business consulting role with presentation and documentation skills
• Proven experience in technical delivery and resource management
• Strong focus on seller and partner experience
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers and QA across Salesforce and partner commerce; drive growth in sales and partner experiences
• Partner with stakeholders and IT peers to deliver high-impact Salesforce-based solutions
• Own a prioritized roadmap and challenge requests with scalable alternatives
• Lead pre-research, analyze trends, and perform data analysis independently
• Leverage AI tools to expedite requirements, user stories, and design
• Own end-to-end functional deliverables and assess systemic impacts on Quote-to-Cash
• Oversee work plans, resource allocation and project estimation
• Drive Agile delivery with sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and review code
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices
