CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape technical strategy at the intersection of enterprise CRM and custom software, delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive Brand, Marketing, Partnerships and Outreach programs.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands‑on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud‑first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Marketing Cloud.
• Background in full‑stack or backend development (Java, Node.js, Python) and microservices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using middleware or cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC‑Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee architecture and scalability of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Lead development of modern tech solutions beyond CRM, including microservices and data pipelines.
• Architect high‑volume CC‑Sales workflows and omni‑channel integrations.
• Foster Agile practices and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Design, Security, and Leadership.
