Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a cross-functional team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will own technical vision, drive architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and deliver scalable, integrated cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using middleware or cloud-native services
• Domain experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume contact center, marketing automation, or partner/outreach platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture, customization, and scalability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM, including microservices, event-driven middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows, omni-channel integrations, and partner portals
• Hire, mentor, and retain an engineering team and foster Agile processes
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, and Exec Leadership to translate strategy into tech deliverables
• Enforce DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
• Evaluate AI/GenAI capabilities and integrate them to enhance performance and velocity
• Ensure security/compliance with HIPAA, CCPA, SOC2
