Job summary

Strong CRM is seeking a VP of Technical Delivery to own end-to-end delivery, quality and margins for a distributed Salesforce-focused practice. This is hands-on leadership with architecture influence, aimed at scaling beyond a single founder.

You will lead ~45 nearshore delivery professionals across Salesforce clouds, set standards, improve estimation, and drive client outcomes while maintaining a strong delivery culture across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Senior technical consulting leadership capable of executive-level conversations and solving high-stakes engagements.
• Proven track record leading and scaling delivery organizations at meaningful scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across active engagements, including scoping, staffing, sequencing, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Escalation point for at-risk projects and recovery of timelines, scope or relationships.
• Establish delivery governance with health reviews, risk flagging and status reporting.
