Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to drive growth across sales and partner experiences. You will lead a distributed team, align roadmaps with stakeholders, and provide hands-on technical guidance in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Lead-to-Cash initiatives.

You will mentor developers, manage budgets and offshore/onsite resources, and accelerate delivery with AI-assisted methods while staying current on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce development on Demand-to-Cash/Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers/contractors with Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Security-minded with SOQL/Apex knowledge.
• Experience in consulting with strong presentation/documentation.
• Proven technical delivery and resource management.
• Fanatical focus on seller/partner experience.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decisions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed Salesforce development and QA teams across initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized, scalable roadmap.
• Own end-to-end design, development and post-production support.
• Guide agile delivery including sprint planning and reviews.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and code reviews.
