Job summary

Crowe in the United States seeks a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative results throughout project delivery.

You will contribute to account planning, lead teams, and grow client relationships while guiding architecture and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience leading enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
• Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of Enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements to generate a solution and Scope of Work.
• Resourcing sold Scopes of Work with Practice Directors.
• Capture business needs and define requirements and processes with stakeholders.
• Fully solutioning scopes of work that meet business needs.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with project team to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate project kick-offs and weekly client status meetings, and manage timelines.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as needed.
• Develop a roadmap of new initiatives with client engagement for future projects.
• Share accountability for project success end-to-end with delivery teams.
