Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative, real-world outcomes while offering consultative guidance on industry best practices.

You will lead architectural design, oversee a delivery team, and drive end-to-end project success, including pre-sales, scope creation, and client training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience successfully leading and owning multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment – ability to manage a delivery team is a must.
• Strong, dynamic communication skills – both written & verbal – with ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Ability to log time on a daily basis for client and project reporting needs.
• Minimum travel of 20%.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting business, functional and technical requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
• Resource planning with Practice Directors for sold Scopes of Work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and define requirements and processes.
• Fully solution a scope of work that meets business needs in a cohesive manner.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery team.
• Facilitate project introductions, kick-off meetings and weekly client status meetings; manage timelines.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training for clientele as needed.
• Develop a roadmap of new initiatives with the client for future engagement.
• Co-manage project success end-to-end with the project manager and delivery team.
