Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers, design custom solutions, deliver and implement innovative real-world results, and provide consultative advice on best practices.

You will lead multi-project delivery, manage a delivery team, and coordinate with Practice Directors, Architects, and analysts to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce core products and architecture.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience with deep knowledge.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce projects and delivery teams.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery and define requirements and scope.
• Oversee project delivery and architectural design with the team.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors, Solution Architects and Project Managers.
• Deliver client training and ensure QA of completed work.
• DevelopRoadmaps for new initiatives and ongoing engagement.
