Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers, design innovative real-world solutions, and provide consultative guidance on industry best practices.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage a delivery team, and collaborate with a cross-functional group to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency & experience with all Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA and a minimum of 5+ years' experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience successfully leading and owning multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
• Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of Enterprise organizations.
• Ability to log time on a daily basis for client and project reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation & oversee architectural design, while coordinating with the Practice Director, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and analysts & developers.
• Perform pre-sales discovery, document requirements, and define Scope of Work.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business needs and design cohesive solutions.
