CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 4+ years of experience to join our Salesforce practice. You will bridge configuration and business analysis, acting as a key technical leader on projects, mentoring junior team members, and guiding clients through the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
• 4+ years of systems consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Excellent Salesforce configurator.
• Ability to work in a team with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
• Comfort with AI: able to explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
• Refine and prioritize user stories with the Product Owner, providing technical insights.
• Analyze complex business processes and break down into actionable requirements.
• Serve as the SME for declarative capabilities, including Flow and platform features.
• Lead configuration efforts and promote best practices and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with developers on declarative configurations vs. custom code.
• Mentor junior configurators and resolve blockers.
• Lead client discussions with strategic technical recommendations.
