CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce practice. You will design and build technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with clients to address real business challenges and deliver lasting value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, REST/SOAP, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce automation.
• Experience with Mulesoft and third-party apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop or revise custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Troubleshoot errors and optimize Salesforce processes with custom Apex.
• Create complex automations, workflows, and flows for client needs.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Develop or customize Experience Cloud sites.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and demonstrations.
• Analyze and document client technical requirements, configurations, workflows.
• Communicate progress, blockers, risks with project teams.
• Respond to urgent support requests while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions complying with data protection and IP policies.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate to enhance client solutions.
