Qualifications

- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations in a BA capacity.
- Strong business analysis skills and understanding of Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand goals and translate into user stories.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with Salesforce configurators, developers, and PMs.
- Analyze business processes and define actionable requirements.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and acceptance criteria.
- Support system integrations between client stakeholders and tech teams.
- Produce process docs, training materials, and status reports.
- Elevate project issues and risks with proactive mitigation.
- Contribute to AI-enabled solutions in line with policies.
- Stay informed on emerging AI tools and opportunities.
