Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting or professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects, the data model, and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
• Comfort with AI tools and firm-approved AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce configurators, developers, and project managers to ensure delivery of requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes and break them into actionable requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and refine acceptance criteria.
• Support system integrations by identifying business needs and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to client-facing deliverables, including process documentation and training materials.
• Identify and elevate project issues or risks with proactive mitigation suggestions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions in line with firm policies on data protection.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership on compliant opportunities.
