Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand goals, document requirements, and translate them into user stories and specs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce configurators, developers, and PMs to ensure correct delivery.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog and refine acceptance criteria.
• Support system integrations and client-team collaboration.
• Contribute to client-facing deliverables and training materials.
• Identify and address project issues, risks, or conflicts proactively.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions compliant with firm policies.
