Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
- 4+ years of systems consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst to refine user stories with technical input.
- Analyze processes and break them into actionable requirements.
- Serve as SME for declarative capabilities including Flow and platform functions.
- Champion scalable, maintainable solutions and reduce technical debt.
- Lead configuration efforts and establish best practices and naming conventions.
- Collaborate with devs on declarative vs. custom code interactions.
- Mentor junior configurators and resolve blockers.
- Lead client discussions with strategic technical recommendations.
- Contribute to AI-enabled solutions compliant with policies.
- Stay informed on emerging AI tools and opportunities.
