Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Configurator with 6+ years of experience to lead configurations and guide the project team through discovery to deployment. You will act as a subject-matter expert and mentor teammates on declarative capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

You will partner with analysts and product owners to refine stories, drive technical decisions, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions while upholding data protection and professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
• 5+ years in systems consulting.
• Familiar with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration efforts and champion best practices.
• Guide project team and client through full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Mentor junior configurators and serve as technical escalation point.
• Prepare for and lead client discussions with strategic technical recommendations.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions in line with company policy and data protection.
