Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions across Salesforce platforms and custom services. You will bridge enterprise CRM with modern microservices, guiding architecture, delivery and governance.

Responsibilities include people leadership, Agile/Scrum execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Security, Marketing and Sales Operations to translate strategy into robust technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• ~2+ years leading or growing engineering teams in cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including Apex, LWC, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive Agile culture and backlog refinement, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Partner with product, design, security, and leadership to translate strategy into delivery.
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce governor limit optimizations.
• Evaluate AI/automation enhancements within CRM and outreach apps.
