CVS Health is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and a broad software background. You will lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers, building scalable, cloud-native solutions across Salesforce platforms and custom microservices.

You will drive API integrations, automated outreach workflows, and AI-driven automation while maintaining strong governance, security, and DevOps practices in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce expertise including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a software and Salesforce engineering team in an Agile environment
• Architect and scale Salesforce and cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
• Oversee API integrations, custom microservices, and automated outreach workflows
• Drive DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade deployments
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Executive leadership to translate strategy into deliverables
