Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers and align technology with Brand, Marketing, Partnerships and Outreach programs.

You will drive architectural design, API integrations, and automation across CRM and custom cloud-native solutions, while mentoring engineers and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful health-tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing Agile, cloud-first teams.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud.
• Full-stack or backend experience (Java, Node.js, Python).
• Integration experience with MuleSoft or Workato and cloud services.
• Domain exposure to contact center, marketing automation, or outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture and scalability across Clouds.
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM, incl. microservices and APIs.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and partner portals.
• Hire, mentor, and retain an engineering team; foster Agile culture.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops and Exec leadership.
