CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical vision for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs, and ensure scalable, cloud-native solutions.

The role combines enterprise CRM governance with modern software development, API integrations, and AI-enabled automation while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce proficiency including Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales and Outreach programs.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture and integration with external systems.
• Lead development of microservices, APIs, and data pipelines beyond CRM.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
