Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce platform for GTM functions, driving Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation. You will manage security, data integrity, and integrations with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LeanData, while collaborating with GTMOps and Marketing Ops to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience, certifications, and a proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Extensive experience building declarative automation with Flow and Process Builder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, automation, user management, and system performance.
• Design scalable business processes using Flow and Process Builder; emphasize declarative solutions.
• Manage sandbox testing, UAT, deployment logs, and production transitions.
• Collaborate with GTMOps and Marketing Ops to align CRM with business needs.
• Maintain permission sets, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Support integrations with GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and CPQ.
• Monitor usage, audit logs, data quality, and platform health.
• Create and maintain process and architecture documentation.
• Educate users on best practices and assist in training.
