Unity, a world-leading game engine company, seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator for its New York City hybrid office. You will maintain health, security, and scalability of the Salesforce org, architect scalable automations, and collaborate with cross‑functional go‑to‑market teams to turn complex requirements into enduring CRM solutions.

You will partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to shape the Salesforce roadmap, balance quick fixes with longer-term projects, and uphold admin

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce administration in a complex, enterprise-scale org.
• Advanced Flow Builder skills; know when to move to code.
• Experience implementing lead-to-cash processes with CPQ and billing integrations.
• Experience owning go-to-market application integrations with Outreach, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Clari.
• End-to-end deployments, sandbox governance, and data migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, security, and health of the Salesforce org.
• Triage and resolve support requests from go-to-market users; root-cause recurring issues.
• Design scalable declarative solutions (flows, objects, validation rules, dynamic pages).
• Partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
• Define admin best practices and governance across releases and data quality.
