Job summary

Unity Technologies SF is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator for our New York City office. You will manage enterprise Salesforce orgs, build scalable flows, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to deliver reliable CRM solutions.

You’ll own health, security, and governance of the platform, drive data quality, and help shape the Salesforce roadmap while collaborating with analysts and developers across GTM functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of an enterprise Salesforce org with data and security models.
• Experience with declarative automation, flows, validation rules and pages.
• Background in lead-to-cash processes and integrations with CPQ or billing tools.
• End-to-end deployments, sandbox governance and data migration experience.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to senior business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, security, and health of the Salesforce org.
• Triage requests, diagnose root causes, implement lasting fixes.
• Design scalable declarative solutions (flows, objects, validation rules).
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and GTM leaders on workflows.
• Uphold admin best practices, deployments, sandboxes, data quality, docs.
• Review releases and advise on features for adoption.
