GroundTruth is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day administration, security, and data integrity of our Salesforce platform. You will partner with business teams to analyze needs, configure Salesforce, automate processes, and deliver dashboards that drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has ADM 201 or a university degree, 3+ years of Salesforce admin experience, and strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, REST/SOAP integrations, and data governance.

Competenze

• University degree or ADM 201 certification
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects
• Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning experience
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs
• Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights, KPIs, and data-driven decision support
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and delivering user training when needed
• Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Support Salesforce integrations, deployment activities, and platform enhancements by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement
