Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting a GTM or Revenue Operations function.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Flow, including experience building or maintaining record-triggered and screen flows.
• Experience supporting projects from requirements gathering through testing and release, with guidance from senior team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain our Salesforce org, including building and troubleshooting Flow-based automation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with maintaining integrations and workflows across our GTM stack, including Salesloft, Clari, Nooks, DealHub, Onfire, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and other connected platforms.
• Perform manual data entry, data cleanup, and data quality checks within Salesforce and connected systems.
• Support user provisioning, access, and application assignments through Okta, including basic troubleshooting of SSO and provisioning issues.
• Triage and work through system requests submitted via our Jira-based intake and release process, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Partner with GTM leadership and end users to gather requirements for smaller-scope requests and provide clear updates on progress.
• Document processes, configurations, and key decisions to support team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor data quality, system performance, and automation health across the stack, flagging issues to senior team members when needed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of GTM tool users in coordination with Okta and downstream systems.
• Manage multiple requests and tasks with growing independence, while collaborating closely with senior GTM systems staff.
• Take on light development or scripting tasks (e.g., basic Apex, validation rules, or formula fields) with support and code review from senior engineers.
