Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States seeks a Salesforce Architect to design scalable, cross-cloud solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

You will own end-to-end solution design, lead multi-cloud integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and guide a hybrid onshore/offshore team in alignment with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem ideally within a Salesforce Architect or Senior Engineer role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360: data ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-Cloud Integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• SQL logic, data flow design and complex audience segmentation.
• Agentforce and emerging AI marketing capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments (Build and Run).
• Familiarity with core Salesforce development (Apex & Lightning Web Components).
• Experience with B2B/B2C lead and case management processes.
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation.
• Design and implement seamless REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Provide solutions aligning with Sales, Service, and Marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team.
• Drive quality with code/design reviews and best practices.
