Job summary

TRU IT is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end multi-cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, and Loyalty Cloud. This remote, full-time role reports to the CTO and requires hands-on design, stakeholder engagement, and governance across secure data architectures.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Salesforce with architecture experience, strong communication, and Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

8+ years Salesforce experience with 3+ years in architecture roles.
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, FSL Consultant, Loyalty Management (preferred), Integration Architect.
Strong verbal and written communication to lead client workshops and demos.
Experience in agile/scrum delivery models and managing development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and end-to-end implementation across Sales, Service, FSL, and Loyalty clouds.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud designs.
Engage with enterprise stakeholders for requirements elicitation, technical deep dives, and solution validation.
Translate complex business processes into technical solutions with data flow diagrams and architecture artifacts.
Design cross-cloud data architecture, including real-time and batch data exchange.
Configure and manage record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, flows, and Dynamic Forms.
Lead customization using Apex, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and triggers.
Oversee UI/UX enhancements using Lightning Web Components and mobile compatibility.
Define governance around object sharing, roles, permissions, and data visibility.
Ensure API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, or external services.
Architect multi-org and multi-site strategies for brands and loyalty tiers.
Establish CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Copado.
Perform code reviews and enforce secure development practices.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and security for release management and rollback planning.
