Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Application Development & Maintenance architect to design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. You will lead end-to-end implementation, integrate with Data Cloud and multiple cloud apps, and guide a hybrid team of onshore and offshore resources.

The role emphasizes strong architecture, data strategy, and APIs, with focus on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations to support omnichannel customer

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, in architect or senior engineer roles.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 – ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards (SFMC, Data Cloud).
• Own end-to-end design for multi-cloud implementations across Sales/Solutions/Marketing Clouds.
• Configure data pipelines, identity resolution and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
• Design seamless integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Provide technical leadership to hybrid onshore/offshore teams.
