Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Salesforce architect to design and implement multi-cloud solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You will lead integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, building unified customer journeys with Data Cloud and advanced segmentation.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, strong data strategy skills, and a track record of leading complex enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, ideally in Architect or Senior Engineer roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• SFMC skills: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, and Contact Builder.
• Data Cloud / Data360 - ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-Cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards, focusing on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, Identity Resolution, and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
• Design and implement seamless REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE).
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture patterns.
• Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team; mentor less experienced team members.
