Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. You will own end-to-end architecture spanning Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, focusing on SFMC and Data Cloud, data ingestion, and real-time segmentation.

You’ll work with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust data models and integrations, guiding a hybrid team and upholding best practices.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience in Architect/Senior Engineer roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) skills: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Data Cloud / Data360 data ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-Cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• SQL logic and advanced audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI marketing capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments (Build and Run).
• Core Salesforce development: Apex & Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end multi-cloud implementations bridging Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Configure data pipelines and real-time segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams and mentors.
