The role focuses on designing scalable Salesforce architectures, leading Genesys integrations, and mentoring development teams to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud and Open CTI expertise.
Strong Apex, LWC, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex development.
Experience with Omni-Channel, IVR, ACD and enterprise CRM integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise Salesforce architecture across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud integration with Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage.
Design and implement Salesforce Open CTI integrations.
Implement Screen Pop, Click-to-Dial, ACD, Skill-Based Routing and Agent Presence Synchronization.
Configure Omni-Channel routing and integrate IVR workflows.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and asynchronous Apex.
Prepare HLD/LLD documents and lead architecture reviews, code reviews and technical governance.
Ensure application scalability, security and performance.
