Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud and Open CTI expertise.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex development.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, IVR, ACD and enterprise CRM integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise Salesforce architecture across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud integration with Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage.
• Design and implement Salesforce Open CTI integrations.
• Implement Screen Pop, Click-to-Dial, ACD, Skill-Based Routing and Agent Presence Synchronization.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and integrate IVR workflows.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and asynchronous Apex.
• Prepare HLD/LLD documents and lead architecture reviews, code reviews and technical governance.
• Ensure application scalability, security and performance.
