Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems or RevOps with hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency, SOQL, and cross-object formula/reporting skills.
• Experience with data hygiene, deduplication and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce admin end-to-end, security, and declarative automation.
• Manage integrations and API configurations across GTM systems.
• Define data model, maintain data dictionary, and enforce data quality rules.
• Build reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS.
• Triage requests, prioritize work, and guide outside development when needed.
