Job summary

Drata is seeking a Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator to scale and evolve our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and related platforms. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Ops to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable solutions that drive pipeline and revenue accuracy.

You’ll own configuration, deployment, data governance, and reporting, with a focus on data integrity, security, and user enablement as Drata grows from $100M+ to the next

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of enterprise application architecture, with Salesforce and revenue ops tooling.
• Experience administering revenue tech stacks including billing and finance integrations.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; CPQ and quote-to-cash exposure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce and GTM systems, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades and user support.
• Implement roadmap initiatives from design through testing and deployment.
• Maintain CPQ, pricing, quoting, and opportunity workflows for quote-to-cash.
• Manage multi-environment deployments and ensure integrity of production changes.
• Maintain field hygiene, object architecture, page layouts, profiles, and validation rules per data governance.
