Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and GTM technologies supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve efficiency, and drive user adoption. You will leverage deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, declarative automation, and security architecture to manage complex enterprise requirements, including

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise settings.
Strong expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
Solid understanding of security architecture: profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing models.
Experience with GTM tech such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

Own administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and GTM tech.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions and improve adoption.
Drive user adoption, security, and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops.
Support integration with Okta, SSO, and related security controls.
Contribute to SOX controls and potential M&A system integration initiatives.
