Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive user adoption, with emphasis on security, integrations, and automation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise settings.
- Expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security: profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing.
- Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations processes.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Experience with Salesforce and Okta integrations (SSO, provisioning, auth, user lifecycle).
- Experience in SOX-controlled environments.
- Experience with M&A system integration initiatives.
