Job summary

Medely is a high-growth healthcare staffing platform operating remotely in the United States. We seek a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own Salesforce and key sales systems (LeanData, Salesloft) within the GTM Systems team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale processes.

You will design scalable data models, enforce data quality, and deliver analytics for cross-functional leadership as we expand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps or a comparable technical operations function with hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency and object model understanding.
• Experience owning a sync between Salesforce and at least one adjacent platform.
• Ability to document definitions before building and enforce data hygiene at entry.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration end to end—advanced configuration, security settings, and scalable automation.
• Define data dictionary and change control on the object model; ensure field ownership and data hygiene.
• Run lead and account routing end to end; monitor funnel and detect drift.
• Oversee integrations and system architecture across sales engagement, customer success, and billing.
• Build the reporting layer with dashboards and exec-level views by vertical.
• Serve as the single point of contact for GTM systems and prioritize inbound requests.
