Job summary

Voltus is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own Salesforce administration end-to-end in a remote role.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions, governance, and ongoing optimization of the GTM tech stack. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, automation, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, with reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Salesforce Lightning; power user or admin.
• 5+ years experience as Salesforce administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security and sharing rules.
• Experience with sandboxes, change sets or DevOps for release management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with integrations connecting Salesforce to other platforms.
• Strong reporting and dashboards; ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, objects, layouts, fields, and validation rules.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline GTM processes.
• Collaborate with the existing admin and multiple stakeholders to guide solutions.
• Manage Salesforce release lifecycle including sandbox testing and safe deployments.
• Maintain security model with the security team; audit permissions and data access.
• Oversee GTM integrations and data enrichment tools; handle mass updates and reports.
• Define AI strategy within the tech stack to automate processes where beneficial.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement Salesforce-native solutions.
• Create and maintain standardized/adhoc reports; train users in self-service reporting.
• Monitor data quality, deduplication, and data enrichment efforts.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption where valuable.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps clearly.
