Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Engineer in the United States to build, optimize, and scale the technology infrastructure powering revenue operations. You will customize Salesforce, manage GTM integrations, and create reliable data systems for sales, marketing, and finance teams.

You will translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, strengthening pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and account handoffs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer role.
• At least 5 years supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market teams.
• Deep Salesforce development knowledge: Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Experience testing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce solutions with source control.
• Ability to build automation, custom objects, and complex business logic.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong GTM operations understanding: catalogs, forecasting, territory planning, renewals.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and related tooling.
• Preferred certification and familiarity with deployment processes.
• Exposure to partner/channel or cloud marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, and custom objects.
• Translate Revenue Operations requirements into tested, documented solutions.
• Design data models for account hierarchies, product catalogs, and territories.
• Build forecasting infrastructure: stages, gates, forecast categories, history.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on SQL/BigQuery reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce and GTM platforms.
• Lead integrations, data pipelines, and GTM stack migrations.
• Support revenue via deal registrations, attribution, and reporting.
• Assist with variable compensation data management and controls.
• Govern AI agents, permissions, access, and rollout across GTM stack.
• Design and deploy AI/Large Language model workflows to boost productivity.
• Provide end-user support for lead routing and bulk data uploads.
