Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator in the United States (Remote) to own and optimize the Salesforce platform and connected GTM systems. You’ll lead complex configurations, data integrity, and automation while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops to drive global growth.

You will design scalable architectures, improve user adoption, and ensure system health and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst experience (2+ years).
Salesforce Certification preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise business systems (CRM/ERP/HRIS).
Experience in sales or business operations is a plus.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce Administrator for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configurations and environment management.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align capabilities with business goals.
Establish proactive monitoring for integration failures and automation faults, building self-healing processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs bridging Analysts, Owners, and Engineers.
Analyze system usage to improve adoption and value; manage data flow between Salesforce and key systems.
Lead ideation and delivery of AI use cases and tools; document data flows and configurations.
