Job summary

Alloy is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize Alloy's Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will ensure data quality, build declarative automations, and support GTM teams while maintaining a reliable tech stack with Gong and Apollo.io.

The role sits in a hybrid environment with onsite days in New York and offers competitive base salary plus equity and benefits. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts, with a track record of building automation without code.
• Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes.
• Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success clouds: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and user provisioning.
• Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) as GTM processes evolve.
• Own data quality in Salesforce end to end, including deduplication, validation rules, and routine hygiene audits.
• Act as the first line of support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success users. Triage tickets, fix configuration issues, and escalate what needs deeper platform work.
• Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, covering configuration, user access, and troubleshooting so the whole stack stays reliable, not just Salesforce.
