Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Revenue Systems Manager to own our Salesforce org and GTM technology ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural judgment and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will manage a 300+ user Salesforce environment, drive end-to-end enhancements, and partner with Revenue Operations on strategic design and roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a SaaS environment and ADM 201 certification preferred.
• Experience in revenue or sales operations and Salesforce architecture in a private equity-backed SaaS company is ideal.
• 2+ years with a marketing automation tool integrated with Salesforce (HubSpot preferred).
• 2+ years administering GTM tools such as rep engagement, scheduling, or outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Systems/CRM capability day to day, driving the maintenance, enhancement, and scaling of our Salesforce org and broader GTM tech stack.
• Provide input into systems design and major solution decisions, shaping the roadmap and prioritization.
• Define standards, governance, and automation approaches for Salesforce and GTM systems.
