Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own Salesforce and GTM tech administration for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will design scalable solutions and drive user adoption while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience, expertise in automation, security, and integrations with Okta and GTM tools. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
• Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience working within SOX-controlled environments.
• Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Design and implement scalable solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
