Job summary

Betterment is seeking a senior staff-level architect to own the GTM systems ecosystem core, with Salesforce at the center and expanding integrations. You will set technical direction, tackle the most complex architectural and integration challenges, and partner with Sales, BAS, and B@W to align workloads.

This role focuses on scalable, data-driven solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and other GTM tools, ensuring long-term quality, data integrity, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in architecting GTM stacks with Salesforce as core.
• Experience owning multi-tool GTM architectures in a SaaS context.
• Strong understanding of data contracts, integration patterns, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define target GTM architecture for Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay and adjacent tools.
• Review designs and set standards for scalable integration, data design, and deployment practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-system initiatives from framing to deployment.
• Partner with Sales, BAS and B@W to translate needs into pragmatic designs.
