Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Technology Administrator to manage and support our Salesforce platform within the GTM technology stack. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, particularly in Salesforce administration, managing integrations, and supporting various business functions.

Successful applicants will bring a proactive problem-solving approach to support our SaaS initiatives and help streamline operations while fostering relationships with internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise systems experience.
• Significant Salesforce administration experience as an admin, implementer, or advanced power user.
• Experience with GTM tools: Marketo, Ironclad, Apollo, and others.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, integration, and support across the GTM stack.
• Run the Salesforce Support intake channel and sprint cadence.
• Build and configure Salesforce automation to reduce manual overhead.
