You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build a structured curriculum for new-hire programs and ongoing development, with a data-driven approach to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional training experience in field sales or related areas.
• 3+ years medical sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years of professional development experience with demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales educational programs to boost performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create curricula.
• Develop instructor-led, distance learning, video and web content for all sales levels.
• Travel with new and in-role sales associates to coach and improve skills.
• Assess talent via skill gap analyses and measure training outcomes with KPIs.
