Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years professional training experience.
• 3+ years medical sales experience.
• 5+ years in professional development with results.

Responsibilities

• Review strategic imperatives for Advanced Diagnostics to design curriculum.
• Facilitate onboarding product training and design courses.
• Create instructor-led and digital curricula for new-hire classes.
• Travel with new and in-role sales to coach and elevate skills.
• Develop training for tenured sales personnel and product launches.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management for alignment.
• Assess talent with skill gap analyses and targeted training.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and field travels.
